Why I think going for countdowns are not fun.
1. My family don't celebrate new year or xmas, only CNY.
2. I don't have a car.
3. I cant drive.
4. I am not rich.
5. Theres no place to go after the countdown.

Ok. I need to elaborate before someone comes along and flame my sorry ass. For the record, this is my opinion. You can but don't have to agree with me. Explanation is below.

Point 1. My family don't celebrate xmas or new year, so naturally I don't really celebrate too, but I've went to a few countdowns before so ya, I'm not new and i know what is like after a countdown when you have no place to go and can only sit along the roadside waiting for awesome ideas from some of your friends to go sit somewhere else or start walking to a McDonald's. Ok, I have shitty friends you might say, but they are all I have(no offense!).

Point 2. I don't have a fricking car. Why do I need a car? Well, i don't think its worth the money to take a cab home after 12(the countdown remember?) Ok, so i don't really need a car, but i still think its difficult to do without a car especially after 12. Unless your loaded, then its different =)

Point 5. Explained in Point 1. People say after countdown don't go home, ton outside. Ya right, ton at roadside? or at McDonald's? No car? Want to go home also difficult. How many people trying to fight for a taxi with you?
